The Rhode Island Writers' Circle, a nonprofit, charitable center for emerging and professional writers since 1993, has invited Randall Albers, Chair of the Fiction Writing Department at Columbia College, Chicago, Illinois, to be the final judge for their national flash fiction contest. Dr. Albers long and distinguished career as an author and professor of creative writing is well known throughout the academic and professional community.
